Fight Mecca Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Welcome to Fight Mecca, a mobile application owned and operated by Radiant Technologies, LLC (“Radiant Technologies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Fight Mecca application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Overview

1.1 Free Access: Fight Mecca is provided free of charge and includes basic features such as browsing event listings, viewing public content, and participating in community discussions.
1.2 Optional Paid Services: Certain products, special events, premium content, or monthly packages (“Paid Services”) are offered at your discretion. Purchase of any Paid Service is optional and requires explicit signup and payment.

2. Paid Services and Purchases

2.1 Ordering: You may purchase Paid Services through the App’s built-in purchase flow or via the platform’s store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
2.2 Payment Authorization: By completing a purchase, you authorize us (or the applicable platform) to charge your selected payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
2.3 Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel any recurring Paid Service through your account settings or the platform’s subscription management. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the platform’s policies.
2.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices for Paid Services. We will notify you in advance; continued use or purchase constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Account Creation & Security

3.1 Account Registration: To access certain features (including purchasing Paid Services and participating in social components), you must register and provide accurate information.
3.2 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.

4. Social & Community Guidelines

4.1 Appropriate Content: All user-generated content—posts, comments, images, or other media—must comply with these rules:

• No nudity, sexual content, or pornography.

• No depiction or facilitation of illegal drug use.

• No graphic or excessive violence.

• No hate speech, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups.

• No promotion of self-harm or suicide.
  4.2 Respectful Interaction: Treat other users with respect. No spamming, trolling, or defamation.
  4.3 Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove content, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for guideline violations at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All App content—text, graphics, logos, software, and multimedia—is owned by Radiant Technologies or its licensors.
5.2 License: You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.

• Share paid access with non-subscribers.

• Harvest user data or engage in unauthorized advertising.

7. Termination

7.1 By You: You may delete your account and discontinue use at any time via account settings.
7.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access for any breach of these Terms or other policies.
7.3 Effect: Upon termination, you forfeit access to all Paid Services and community features. No refunds will be issued for remaining Paid Service periods.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 “As Is”: The App and all content are provided without warranties of any kind.
8.2 Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Technologies’ total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Paid Services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in San Francisco, California.

10. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described below:

10.1 Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, username, password.

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, device and connection information.

• Payment Details: Transaction records for Paid Services (stored and processed by our payment partners).

• Communications: Support requests, community posts, feedback, and correspondence.

10.2 How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To create and manage your account, process purchases, and deliver content.

• Marketing & Advertising: To send you promotional offers, event announcements, newsletters, and targeted ads via email or in-App notifications. You may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link or changing your notification settings.

• Analytics & Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the App experience.

• Legal & Safety: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect against fraud or abuse.

10.3 Sharing & Disclosure

• Service Providers: We may share data with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and marketing platforms.

• Affiliates & Partners: We may share aggregated or anonymized data for joint marketing or service improvements.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities or to protect our rights.

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., mobile identifiers) to remember preferences, track usage, and support analytics and advertising. You may manage cookie settings via your device or browser controls, though disabling cookies may limit App functionality.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law.

10.6 Your Rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms (including this integrated Privacy Policy) from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App or via email. Continued use after notification means you accept the revised Terms.
